Your career follows one of four distinct paths: Elite, Starter, Contributor, and Underdog. Each path offers a fundamentally different Road to Glory experience.

Beginner Position Recommendations

If you are new to Road to Glory, quarterback is the most accessible starting position because it gives you the most control over every play. Running back is a strong second choice for players who want action on every snap without the pressure of reading defenses. Wide receiver and tight end are excellent for players who want to focus on route running and big plays. On defense, linebacker and edge rusher offer the best balance of impact and accessibility. Free safety is the most strategic defensive position and suits players who enjoy reading the entire field. Remember that the high school phase now spans five games with four moments each, giving you enough reps to establish your identity before college.
